Stefanie’s 14 years of experience in the wireless industry has provided her extensive experience leading sales and operations teams. As Director of Sales Operations for AT&T in Northern California and Northern Nevada, Stefanie’s team supports +250 retail locations and +2500 employees. Her responsibilities include real estate portfolio management, sales operations, staffing, event planning, and technology deployment. Most recently Stefanie project managed the design, restoration, and build of AT&T’s largest retail store, the West coast flagship location at 1 Powell in San Francisco. Prior to her role in Northern California, Stefanie was the Director of Sales in Hawaii where she consistently ranked in the top 3% for sales and revenue in the nation.
Stefanie graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Public Relations from Bradley University. In her free time Stefanie enjoys hiking, travelling, and sampling delicious California wines! As a native of Oakland, Stefanie believes whole heartedly in the mission of BoMF and is excited to be a small part of such a crucial project in the Bay area.

Chris has 13 years of experience serving companies ranging from private start-ups to established, publicly-traded multinational companies. Chris graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in Business Administration and is a CPA, licensed in California and a member of the AICPA.
Chris commits his time to training new executives and managers and is passionate about giving back to the community and volunteering for organizations such as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and BUILD. He strongly believes in the model of mentorship and support that BoMF will provide to San Francisco’s at-risk population.
J. Fernando Corredor
Director of Sales, US and Canada, Samsung Healthcare
Fernando is a sales executive with over 15 years of experience in medical equipment sales specializing in neurosurgery, imaging and radiation oncology. He earned a BSBA from Boston University with dual concentration in Organizational Behavior and International Management.
As an avid runner aspiring to compete in a marathon on every continent (two to go), Fernando finds BoMF's mission the perfect way to combine his passions for running and helping others. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Humanities West, and is a past board member at the United Nations Association in both Boston and San Francisco. Having previously founded Minesweepers, a running team dedicated to raising funds and awareness about landmine clearance, he’s excited to help launch BoMF in San Francisco.
Alison Lange Engel
Head of Marketing at Stripe
Alison is the Head of Marketing at Stripe where she leads a team responsible for product, growth, brand and digital marketing. Alison has a BA from UCLA and an MBA from The Wharton School.
Alison’s breadth of experience spans leadership roles in marketing, finance and sales at such companies as LinkedIn, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, HBO and CBS Television. Alison cares deeply about helping individuals, teams and companies to reach their full potential and is excited to bring this same dedication and passion to BoMF in San Francisco.
Jim has over 20 years experience working in senior communications and public policy roles in politics, charities, for global brands and start-ups. He currently advises a wide range of companies and campaigns in the Bay Area, and prior to this was Vice President, Global Communications for Jawbone, the leading wearable technology company. He spent his formative working years in UK politics as a Special Adviser in the UK Blair Government, serving as a Press Spokesperson to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry. After politics he worked in the creative sector, leading corporate communications for ITV, the UK’s largest commercial broadcaster and for a wide range of TV and creative companies through his consultancy, GallieGodfrey. Prior to coming to moving US in 2013 he was Vice President, Public Affairs for Starbucks in EMEA, leading communications across 32 territories for the global coffee chain.
An avid runner and father of three, he enjoys taking his family on hikes in the bay area and visiting California's great National Parks.
Jacob is an associate with GCA, an investment bank focused on growth sectors of the global economy. Prior to GCA, Jacob was with Harris Williams & Co., a middle market investment bank focused on sell-side M&A advisory.
Before starting his career in finance, Jacob was a Teach For America corps member where he taught middle school math in Honolulu, Hawai’i. In his spare time, you’ll find Jacob training for his next long distance event or planning his next weekend adventure. Jacob is excited to work with the BoMF San Francisco chapter and spread the power of running.
Associate Consultant, Triage Consulting Group
Amay is currently an Associate Consultant at Triage Consulting Group, where he specializes in healthcare consulting for children’s hospitals in California. Prior to moving to San Francisco in 2017, Amay volunteered with small health clinics to expand access to healthcare in low-income communities in Los Angeles, worked at Goldman Sachs in their Public Finance group, and graduated from UC Berkeley. Amay is a California native, and frequently visits his hometown of Los Angeles to surf, volunteer at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, and spend time with his two dogs. In his spare time, you will find Amay hoarding avocados at Whole Foods, breaking a sweat at Orangetheory Fitness, or at the airport flying off to a new destination. Amay is determined to help end the stigma around homelessness through working with BoMF.
Mugdha has 20 years of experience working with high tech start-ups in silicon valley, overseeing Finance, HR and Administration functions. Currently she advises multiple clients on strategic and tactical matters as they continue their journey towards the next level. She has an MBA from Santa Clara University and a Master’s degree in Material Science & Engineering from University of Cincinnati.
Mugdha volunteers on various committees/advisory boards supporting her daughters’ schools and organizations in her community. She is a mentor at Global Social Benefits Institute that is a part of the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship established at Santa Clara University. She coaches social entrepreneurs from around the world in building successful social ventures that benefit local communities. Poverty alleviation and education are among the many causes that are dear to her.
Mugdha and her husband live in South Bay. They have two college-going daughters. In her free time Mugdha enjoys music and likes hiking in the Bay Area.
Chief Financial Officer WEBCORBUILDERS
Matt is the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for Webcor Builders. He serves as an integral member of Webcor’s Board of Directors and has over 23 years of professional experience in the finance sector including 16 years in the construction industry. Matt joined Webcor in May 2015 and relocated back to the West Coast after previously serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Week Marine in New Jersey. He also had leadership roles with Morrison Knudsen/Washington Group/URS and Deloitte & Touche during his career.
Matt is an Idaho native who graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting in 1993 and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor. He lives in the East Bay with his wife and daughter and has a second daughter attending Penn State. Matt has been on the Board of the Morrison Knudsen Foundation, which has a primary mission of assisting at-risk individuals and families to avoid homelessness, since 2000 and is excited to help Back on my Feet here in San Francisco.
Director, Financial Architects Partners
Ayako has 10 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry, with roles spanning from client service to business operations and marketing strategy. She is currently working for a boutique Boston-based firm, managing all aspects of the California business. She has been actively involved with Girls on the Run Bay Area since moving to San Francisco in 2011 and serves as a volunteer coach, committee member, and founding member/former Co-Chair of the Associate Board. She was also a volunteer during the launch of the Boston chapter of BoMF and hopes to bring her experiences with the SF non-profit community to help BoMF. As a former collegiate track & field athlete, running has always been a big part of her life, and she is passionate about using that as a tool to help others.

Accenture, Senior Director of Anticorruption and Government Compliance
Dan Seltzer is the Senior Director of Anticorruption Compliance and Government Compliance Officer at Accenture, where he is responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance in all interactions with the government by its 400,000+ employees working in more than 120 countries. Dan oversees a team of more than 40 attorneys working around the globe in developing company policy relating to anticorruption or government compliance, designing and delivering training, conducting legal monitoring, vetting the company’s external contractors and business partners, and serving as the subject matter expert on anticorruption and government compliance for his colleagues in legal, as well as the business. In 2017, the Association of Corporate Counsel recognized Dan as one of the Top 10 30-somethings around the globe.
Prior to joining Accenture, Dan was Senior Compliance Counsel to Agilent Technologies (formerly Hewlett-Packard); a senior associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a law clerk to a federal judge in Los Angeles. Dan has also been nominated for the California State Bar’s Distinguished Service Award.

Benjamin P. Smith

Ben is originally from Colorado, but has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for the past 19 years following attendance at Stanford University and Harvard Law School. As a partner at Morgan Lewis since 2006, Ben specializes in commercial litigation, particularly in the biotechnology and medical device industries. In his spare time, Ben likes to spend time with his wife and three children, run, hike, play with his dog, and cheer on the Denver Broncos.

Chris has spent more than 39 years in the hospitality industry with the last 34 years working for Marriott International and is currently the Hotel Manager at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis. Before joining Marriott International he worked for Radisson, Hyatt and Sheraton Hotels. Chris has extensive experience in the hospitality industry including General Manager Seattle Marriott Waterfront, Resident Manager at Marriott’s Camelback Inn located in Scottsdale and the Director of Event Management at five of Marriott’s premier convention and resort properties. Chris got involved with Back on My Feet San Francisco before the chapter launched and never misses an opportunity to help or get involved.
Chris also sits on other local boards including Junior Achievement and the Yerba Buena Community Benefit District, and is the Chairman of the Marriott International - Bay Area Business Council.

Beth began her career in banking and transitioned into professional development at a global law firm before beginning her real estate career. Throughout her personal and professional experiences, one theme remains constant, she has always had a passion for serving others. Beth graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Science specializing in Child and Family Services. Back on My Feet combines many values that are important to her including, a healthy lifestyle, providing skills and education to enable success, and creating authentic community.
Beth resides in San Francisco with her husband, Matt. In her spare time, you can find her running through the Presidio, enjoying wine country, and exploring the hiking trails around the Bay Area!
Senior Director of IT Solutions Delivery for Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E)
David is the Senior Director of IT Solutions Delivery for Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). He is responsible for delivering technical solutions programs within IT and business units. His broad executive management portfolio includes span and control for projects ranging from outside plant (fiber, microwave backbone) construction, cloud platform enablement to BSS/OSS /ERP deployments. Over the past 2 years, David has successfully created enterprise-wide strategies that have significantly improved utility asset reliability, business critical systems availability and improved utility operations affordability.
David has 16 years of IT and operations leadership experience and prior to working at PG&E, he was the Senior Director, Infrastructure Services and Director of Network Engineering at Comcast Cable Communications.
David is an active runner, cyclist and retired from a 25 year rugby career which included a National Championship in Germany and representative honors for Army u21. David was an active supporter of the BoMF Chicago chapter before to San Francisco.
Associate at TPG Growth
Rex is an associate at TPG Growth, the growth equity arm of the global private equity firm TPG Capital. At TPG, he invests in fast-growing and promising companies through TPG’s growth equity fund and through The Rise Fund, TPG’s social impact platform. Prior to moving to San Francisco in 2017, Rex lived in New York City and worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Rex is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he competed on the Track & Field team. He still enjoys running, recently completing the New York, Chicago, and Boston marathons. His love of running and desire to help the homeless population of San Francisco brought him to BoMF.
